Cancellation Policy

I deeply respect your time and I’m asking the same of you too.  I understand that occasionally things come up so I’m happy to rearrange any appointments as needed, just please let me know as soon as you can so I don’t lose earnings and can book in someone else. Even if last minute, I often have 1-2 people waiting on cancellations most weeks, so there’s at least a chance that I can fill the spot with someone needing urgent treatment even at a short notice.

Any missed appointments will be charged an extra £20 upon rebooking, and will only be able secure a booking upon prepayment. I send out reminders the previous days and it takes but 10 seconds to reply to cancel if needed. If my message goes unanswered I will have to assume that the appointment is no longer needed and may cancel it myself – this is based on my observation that unanswered messages always lead to no shows. Please be kind.

On the rare occasion that I need to cancel, I always make sure to offer extra time for the inconvenience.

I also regret that I am not able to take bookings from unknown numbers since I will not be able to contact them should anything come up, and it allows for irresponsible time management.
